🌿 GREETINGS TO EVERYONE 🌿

Please take things easy. Life is becoming more challenging every day. The cost of living continues to rise, and many families are under financial pressure. Above all, put your total trust in God, not man.

The rate at which people suddenly pass away is becoming alarming. Many Nigerians are living through a season of frustration, depression, confusion, insecurity, stress, and uncertainty. These pressures can contribute to high blood pressure and other serious health conditions.

Please protect your health and your peace of mind.

Don't allow yourself to be easily provoked by your children, spouse, friends, colleagues, superiors, subordinates, or business partners.

Avoid reacting aggressively to situations.

Stay away from unnecessary arguments and disturbances.

Don't overthink problems, especially when money is scarce or things are not going as planned. Remain calm and trust God.

Remember, if you miss a wedding today because you cannot afford the aso-ebi, by Allah's grace you may attend the child's naming ceremony tomorrow. Never borrow money just to impress people.

Avoid exchanging harsh words at home, in the market, on the road, at work, or anywhere else.

If you have high blood pressure or any medical condition:

Check your blood pressure regularly.

Take your prescribed medications.

Follow your doctor's advice.

Exercise as recommended.

Seek medical attention immediately if you notice unusual symptoms, especially chest pain or difficulty breathing.

Beware of transferred aggression. Many people are fighting battles you know nothing about. Choose peace over conflict.

Don't be anxious about anything. Instead, pray without ceasing and put your hope in God.

Your health is more valuable than any worldly possession.

Stay alive for yourself. Stay alive for your family. Stay alive for your glorious tomorrow.

We only have one life to live. Don't die before your appointed time.

By the grace of God, this difficult phase shall come to an end.

It shall be well with us all. Ameen.

With love and sincere concern,

Hon. Ganiyu Temidire Akintayo, BCIM
